Tiffany English is Senior Director of Architecture at Qualcomm Incorporated, leading global teams responsible for

architecture, interior design, space and facilities planning, lab planning, and MEP engineering.

She has 30 years of commercial real estate experience and has led more than 10 million square feet of projects forFortune 500 and other commercial clients. She holds degrees from San Jose State University and Georgetown

University.

Tiffany served on the CREW Network Board of Directors (2018–2022), including as President (2021). She served on the Real Estate Roundtable board (2021) and continues to support its DEI committee. She has served on UC San Diego’s Real Estate & Development Advisory Board since 2020 and is Chair (2023–2025). Her recognitions include CREW San Diego’s Member of Influence (2024) and GlobeSt. Women of Influence (2021). She is a frequent speaker and author on real estate, leadership, and DEI. She is committed to mentorship, inclusive leadership, and building strong partnerships in support of community impact.
