Tie Roberts
Tie is a passionate nonprofit leader with over twenty years of experience driving community impact through philanthropy, volunteer engagement, and organizational development. She has led at both the local and district levels, including serving as Chair of the Katy ISD Volunteer in Public Schools Executive Board, where she launched the historic “March to a Million Hours” campaign.
After relocating to Southern California, Tie co-founded Frontline Careers, a for-purpose organization dedicated to uplifting businesses with frontline employees through innovative culture and assessment tools.
Tie holds a B.A. in Government from the University of Texas at Austin. She enjoys spending time with her husband Jason and her kids, traveling, and cheering on her Texas Longhorns (Hook ’em)!
