Isabella Hernandez

Isabella Hernandez is an Emerging School Counselor dedicated to supporting students from underserved communities in reaching their post-secondary goals. She earned her Master’s Degree in School Counseling from Concordia University and her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from California State University, Fullerton, where she developed a strong commitment to addressing social barriers and expanding educational access.

She is passionate about the missions of Project Next and A Step Beyond, and believes that every student deserves guidance, support, and the opportunity to build a meaningful future. Through this collaborative partnership, she strives to empower students to develop the skills, confidence, and mindset needed to pursue college, trade school, or career pathways. She is committed to building meaningful relationships with students and helping them feel capable, prepared, and excited about their futures.
