How does It work?

Focused Futures, a 3-year program, guides students from disadvantaged and underserved backgrounds to find their paths and take concrete steps to develop foundational job skills, build confidence, and transition to meaningful post-secondary training and education opportunities.

Program Goal: To help students make an informed decision about their next steps, develop leadership and career-readiness skills, and teach students about possible career options.
