Amanda Morales

I hold a Master’s in Educational Counseling with a passion for supporting students in their postsecondary planning journey, especially first generation students who benefit from strong, intentional guidance. My career goal has always been to help bridge the gap and serve as a strong support for underserved students. It is incredibly rewarding to play even a small role in such a pivotal time in students’ lives, especially during these impactful transitional years.

That passion led me to Project Next, where I began as a Financial Aid Coach and later transitioned into a Career Coach. Having served in multiple roles within the organization, I bring a well rounded perspective to my work. I’m excited to expand my impact in supporting students and strengthening pathways to their future as Project Next’s Programs Manager.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending all my free time with my husband and our three beautiful daughters.
