Partnering with USD’s Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate, this semester-long program offers an understanding of the variety of career opportunities that exist in real estate through access to local companies specializing in all aspects of real estate. Students are required to commit to all READI (Real Estate Awareness and Diversity Initiative) sessions (7 sessions some will be after school/evening - Dates TBA).

In partnership with the ACE Mentorship Program, students are introduced to the fields of Architecture, Construction and Engineering (ACE). Consisting of 1 after school session every other week., students who participate in this year-long program will have grown their personal network with professionals that may lead to relationships and opportunities in the future. The program meets approximately 15 times throughout the school year for team sessions, plus all-team activities such as “College Night” and field trips to construction sites. Junior and Senior students will have opportunities to apply for scholarships only available to ACE students.
